The Flood That Never Was

After a week of torrential downpours the rain has finally stopped and the sky looks much more promising. The garden is still flooded and it will be a while before we are back to normal. However, my main concern this morning is not the flooding, but my dear husband Noah. He’s hardly slept this week trying to get that silly boat of his ready. He is finding it difficult to accept the rain has stopped. He is devastated. I’m also worried about what we are going to do with all those animals he has collected and stored in our barn.
